Below are the registration forms available for Cactus Softball Leagues & Tournaments.

EASTER TOURNAMENT (April 2-3)
Up to eight (8) teams will participate in a double elimination tournament. If more than six (6) teams, play will begin on Friday, April 2 at 7:00PM and continue all day Saturday, April 3. If six (6) or less teams, play will begin on Saturday, April 3 at 8:00AM and continue throughout the day. All games will be held at the New Town Field . Team Registration Fee ($250) includes game balls, Website administration, umpire & scorekeeper fees, and other general expenses. Teams must wear matching shirts in order to participate. Championship Team receives one (1) "team" trophy along with a free Donato's Pizza gift card for each player. |
SPRING LEAGUE (March 29 - June 3)
Teams will play 8-10 regular season games with season ending tournament at the New Town Field (Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays). Team Registration Fee ($825) includes game balls, Website administration, umpire & scorekeeper fees, field improvements & maintenance, and more. Additional charge of $10 per Hat/Visor and $15 per Shirt if needed (players are welcome to wear hats/shirts from past seasons). Uniform Order Form will be sent after you complete registration (you are able to proceed and complete registration without knowing your uniform needs).
