New Town Road Community Church (NTRCC) has agreed to extend the Cactus Softball League contract through 2012 which means we will continue to have exclusive use of the softball field for another 3+ years. With your help, during this time we would like to complete the following facility improvement projects:
- Commercial grade playground area ($8,000-$10,000)
- Manual scoreboard ($800-$1000)
- Additional chain-link fencing along the left & right field lines ($3000-$4000)
- Clean out concession stand so it is usable for concessions ($500-$1000)
In order to finish the above projects in a timely manner, NTRCC has given us approval to pursue company sponsorships. We believe these sponsorships will cover majority of the costs. However, we are also asking for tax-deductible donations to ensure we reach our goal.

If we work together a team, I am confident we can gather the resources necessary to make the New Town Softball field more family friendly and safe.
